Join us May 1–2 at the Post Stampede Rodeo Grounds for the IYKYK Cook-Off Fiesta and Cowboy Round Up, presented by Creedence Energy Services. From BBQ cook teams and Bloody Mary competitions to Ranch Rodeo action and Ranch Bronc Riding, this is a full western weekend built for competitors, families, and fans.

Whether you’re bringing a cook team, entering the Ranch Rodeo, or just coming to enjoy the action, here’s the full weekend schedule.


Friday – May 1

Cook-Off Schedule

Friday is all about arrival, setup, and getting the fires started.

Check-In: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM

  • Meat Inspection
  • Cooking Begins

Cook teams will get settled, checked in, and ready for a full day of competition on Saturday.


Saturday – May 2

Saturday is packed with cook-off judging, Ranch Rodeo action, and awards.


Cook-Off Judging

Morning Turn-In Schedule

10:00 AM – Bloody Mary Turn In
11:00 AM – Beans Turn In
12:00 PM – Chicken Turn In
1:00 PM – Ribs Turn In
2:00 PM – Brisket Turn In

Cook teams will be turning in throughout the day as judges work through each category.


IYKYK Invitational Ranch Rodeo

The arena comes alive Saturday afternoon with the Invitational Ranch Rodeo and Ranch Bronc Riding.

11:00 AM – Ranch Teams Meeting
12:00 PM – Ranch Rodeo Begins

This includes the IYKYK Invitational Ranch Rodeo and Ranch Bronc Riding, bringing real ranch competition and western tradition to the arena.


Awards Ceremony

Awards will follow the Ranch Rodeo at the Covered Dance Floor.

This is where champions are made and bragging rights are earned.


RV Hook-Ups Available

Bringing your trailer for the weekend?

RV hook-ups are available at the Post Stampede Rodeo Grounds for cook teams and contestants needing to stay on-site. $35.00 per night per spot
