The Cook-Off Fiesta & Cowboy Roundup brings teams together for a full weekend of IBCA-sanctioned competition, strong payouts, and jackpot events.

With a guaranteed payout and multiple ways to win, this event is built for teams ready to compete.

STATE CHAMPIONSHIP

MAIN COOK COMPETITION

Chicken

  • Turn-in: 12:00 PM
  • One separate 1/2 fully jointed chicken
  • Must include breast, wing, thigh, and drumstick

Pork Spare Ribs

  • Turn-in: 1:30 PM
  • 8 individual pork spare ribs

Brisket

  • Turn-in: 3:00 PM
  • 8 full slices

Payouts & Awards

$4,000 Guaranteed Payout

  • $2,500 payout to Champion Overall
  • 2 Grand Champion Buckles
  • $1,500 payout to Reserve Overall
  • 2 Reserve Champion Buckles
  • Possibly more payouts depending on number of teams
  • Prizes awarded in each category
  • 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in each category
  • 80/20 payout structure

$200 Entry Fee (Includes All 3 Meats)

Bloody Mary Mix-Off

  • $20 Entry Fee
  • Turn-in: 11:00 am

Battle of the Beans

  • $15 Entry Fee
  • Turn-in: 2:30 PM

Important Information for Teams

  • Cook Meeting: Friday, May 1 at 6:30 PM
  • Meat Inspection: At arrival

Tray Pickups:

  • Friday: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM

  • RV & water hookups available | Campers, tents, and golf carts welcome \ BYOB
