The Cook-Off Fiesta & Cowboy Roundup brings teams together for a full weekend of IBCA-sanctioned competition, strong payouts, and jackpot events.
With a guaranteed payout and multiple ways to win, this event is built for teams ready to compete.
STATE CHAMPIONSHIP
MAIN COOK COMPETITION
Chicken
- Turn-in: 12:00 PM
- One separate 1/2 fully jointed chicken
- Must include breast, wing, thigh, and drumstick
Pork Spare Ribs
- Turn-in: 1:30 PM
- 8 individual pork spare ribs
Brisket
- Turn-in: 3:00 PM
- 8 full slices
Payouts & Awards
$4,000 Guaranteed Payout
- $2,500 payout to Champion Overall
- 2 Grand Champion Buckles
- $1,500 payout to Reserve Overall
- 2 Reserve Champion Buckles
- Possibly more payouts depending on number of teams
- Prizes awarded in each category
- 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in each category
- 80/20 payout structure

- Meat Inspection: At arrival

- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM
- RV & water hookups available | Campers, tents, and golf carts welcome \ BYOB
