The Post Stampede is more than just a rodeo, it’s an opportunity for any folks outside of Garza County to travel to Post and see what we are all about. Yes, we have one of the Wildest Rodeos in Texas, but we also have something bigger than that.
The Post Stampede has a love and tremendous pride for our First Responders and Military Men and Women. In honor of both of those brave groups, the Post Stampede is offering free admission to those heroes.
BACK THE BLUE NIGHT
On Friday, August 11th, the Post Stampede will honor those brave men and women who server our communities with “BACK THE BLUE” Night. First Responders can enjoy the Friday Night Rodeo with a FREE rodeo ticket when they present proper I.D. at the ticket gate.
We also encourage our rodeo contestants and rodeo fans to wear the color BLUE to help show support for all First Responders that attend that night.
MILITARY NIGHT
On Saturday, August 12th, will salute those who have served or are currently serving in the nation’s Armed Forces during the Post Stampede “MILITARY APPRECIATION NIGHT”. All Veterans, Active Duty, Reserve Personnel, and Cadets are eligible to receive one free rodeo ticket when they present proper I.D. at the ticket gate.
To show your support, we are asking all rodeo contestants and fans to wear the color RED to Saturday Night’s Performance.
